1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using livehire.gentechs.io (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). The Platform is operated by GenTechs ("we", "us", "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

LiveHire is a talent-as-a-service platform that connects clients with pre-vetted, in-house GenTechs engineers. Engagements are available as Fixed Projects, Dedicated Seats, or Flex Hours. Payments may be settled via USDT/crypto or traditional fiat bank transfer.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into a binding contract to use the Platform. By registering, you represent that you meet these requirements.

4. Accounts

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately at livehire@gentechs.io of any unauthorised use of your account.

5. Payments & Billing

  • All fees are agreed upon before an engagement begins and are outlined in the relevant proposal or contract.
  • USDT/crypto payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.
  • Fiat payments are subject to the terms of the applicable bank transfer or payment processor.
  • Disputed charges must be raised within 7 days of the invoice date by contacting livehire@gentechs.io.

6. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in a separate written contract, all deliverables produced by GenTechs engineers during a paid engagement become the intellectual property of the client upon full payment. The Platform itself, including its design, code, and content, remains the exclusive property of GenTechs.

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Attempting to circumvent the Platform to hire engineers directly.
  • Uploading malicious code or interfering with Platform operations.
  • Misrepresenting your identity or company.
  • Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GenTechs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 30 days preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting us. Termination does not relieve you of payment obligations for services already rendered.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via the Platform or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
